Europe: Express Delivery (2-4 Working Days) – £15
Orders over £145 / 165 Euros shipping is free + we will pay for any customs charges and taxes
Worldwide: Standard Delivery (2-5 Working Days) – £30
We pride ourselves in processing orders as quickly as possible and use only the best courier services (we use DPD for almost all of our shipping).
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number and how to track your order.
All international orders are shipped without customs or duties costs included within the item price or shipping cost. When placing an international order, by default the customer agrees to any applicable customs, duties or taxes levied by your destination country.
14 day free returns & exchanges.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@zachfootwear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll e-mail you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We process returns quickly and efficiently, and you can have an exchange in under a week. For refunds, you will have a refund same day the return arrives at our fulfilment centre.

Please note: We are not able to provide free returns when items are on sale, however we will still accept returns from customers for sale items and provide a full refund, if the item/s are sent into us within 14 days of point of sale.
