14 day free returns & exchanges.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@zachfootwear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll e-mail you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  We process returns quickly and efficiently, and you can have an exchange in under a week.  For refunds, you will have a refund same day the return arrives at our fulfilment centre.

Please note: We are not able to provide free returns when items are on sale, however we will still accept returns from customers for sale items and provide a full refund, if the item/s are sent into us within 14 days of point of sale.
